I joined CrossFit Fife after moving to Scotland in March. The gym reopened in April with the easing of lockdown restrictions and I honestly haven’t looked back since.
All of the coaches are brilliant at what they do and ensure every person in every class is getting the most from every session by ensuring technique is correct.
Another massive positive since joining has even the community. There is such a strong and inherent sense of community in this box that I’ve not experienced anywhere else. I honestly feel like I could call on so many people from CrossFit if I was ever stuck and needed help and they would honestly come through for me.
