Sarah joined CrossFit Fife in 2018 and achieved her Level 1 in July 2021. She has a real passion for fitness and a kid you would find her doing Irish Dancing, athletics, tennis and basketball all at a competitor level. She is always looking to push herself and perform to the best of her ability. She never sits still and is always looking for how to grow and improve.
Sarah’s mum and sister joined CrossFit Fife and she was looking for something new to try, so she thought she would join also. Initially she was joining with the intentions to lose some weight and try something different from the usual global gym classes she had been attending. Like most, she fell in love with CrossFit. Everything about it is exactly what she needed in my life – somewhere she could grow and push herself physically alongside a great community. Sarah has made life long friends at CrossFit Fife who have supported her in her journey and she says the CFF community is an environment like no other she has been in before.
When Sarah was asked why she wanted to be a coach her response was – “Being part of the classes and the community it was easy to see the improvements from others around me and this wouldn’t be possible without the support and coaching from trainers at CrossFit Fife. I knew at this point that I wanted to be part of the team, making a difference. I get a lot of self gratification from helping others and coaching CrossFit allows me to do this. It makes me so excited and proud seeing members in the gym working so hard and watching their fitness improve not just for inside the gym but for life overall”.
